His practice also includes securing full licensing for breweries, wineries, and distilleries and their local pouring licenses.
Prior to joining the firm, Dawson worked at the Massachusetts Securities Division where he focused on the registration and examination of Broker Dealers, Investment Advisers and their respective firms.
