Tyler represents restaurants, hotels, bars, nightclubs, liquor stores and other licensed entities in all aspects of their business, emphasizing licensing and the establishment of new businesses, as well as the defense of license violations. His practice also focuses on fully licensing breweries, wineries, and distilleries at the TTB level and Massachusetts ABCC level, and then at the local level for their pouring licenses.
Prior to joining the firm, Tyler worked for a litigation firm in Boston where he focused on conflict resolution and settlement of commercial disputes.
