Elizabeth “Libby” Pisano joined Upton, Connell & Devlin, LLP as an associate in its Liquor Licensing Practice Group, which she’s had a concentrated focus on since 2015. Libby represents breweries, restaurants, hotels, bars, nightclubs and other licensed entities in all aspects of their business, with an emphasis on licensing and the establishment of new businesses. Her prior experience in litigation and conflict resolution will benefit firm clients in the defense of license violations, as well as in the settlement of commercial disputes.
Libby is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and received her JD from Suffolk University Law School.
